No pretension, just great food
At Dún, the threshold is low and the hospitality is generous. Everyone is welcome to take a seat and enjoy honest, flavorful dishes. A place to leave the mainland – and your routines – behind for a while, and simply be yourself again.
Inspired by the wild Wadden nature surrounding the restaurant, the kitchen is led by Michelin-star chefs Richard van Oostenbrugge and Thomas Groot – the men behind 212, De Juwelier, and Bistro de la Mer. At Dún, they bring their craftsmanship to their beloved Terschelling, cooking in a bistro style with what the sea, the land, and the seasons provide.
